Have purchased Ferrari watch amounting Rs. 5726 from the seller Tech connect retail via flipkart in the 2022 big billion sale and got a damaged product delivered and asked for a replacement and seller has shipped a empty box
on receiving the order I found the replacement package was very light so advised the delivery person to stay while I opened the parcel and found the product was missing from the package with only broken Watch box...

And placed order on flipkart and it was sent through bilaspur road opposite tata service centre so kindly replace these earphones as soon as possible as these are still in warranty and send it at a/3 117 sector 5 rohini west delhi send as soon as possible and revert...
