[Resolved]  Tech Process Solutions Limited — UPI transaction -Amount successfully deducted.Not credited to Merchant website.Refund related

.I had made a transaction of Rs 1214 to Kerala State Electricity Board's webportal kseb.in where techprocess is the payment gateway.It is done through my upi id [protected]@upi, using bhim app.The money is debited from my bank account and shown payment''success'' in bhim app.But in Kseb merchant site it is shown '' failed at PG''.
So, Kindly refund the amount.
