.I had made a transaction of Rs 1214 to Kerala State Electricity Board's webportal kseb.in where techprocess is the payment gateway.It is done through my upi id [protected]@upi, using bhim app.The money is debited from my bank account and shown payment''success'' in bhim app.But in Kseb merchant site it is shown '' failed at PG''.
So, Kindly refund the amount.

KDMC Property Tax 2022 paid still showing pending

I HAD PAID MY PROPPERTY TAX ON 3.5.2022 STILL IT IS SHOWING OUTSTANDING. PAYMENT WAS DEBITED FROM MY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT BY USING TECH PROCESS SOLUTIONS LTD. SMS CONFIRMATION "Debit INR 13422 A/c No[protected]:13 INB/[protected]/TECHPROCESS SOLUTIONS LTD.
Property No. J[protected] 502.

Please help to divert to concerned authorities....

we are a IT services company based in kochi, we bought payment gateway service from Tech process solutions ltd. based in Mumbai & Chennai, as a reseller, for the online shopping website done for selling the Music Albums created by Grazia creations.
