Its really disappointed to say but the sevice provided by your repair centre is pathetic. i have wasted my three hours time yesterday for repairement of my phone i.e motorola g4 plus. i m using different motorola phones from last three years and purchased around 8 different phones of the your company in last three years, but this time i am facing big problems with my phone. service centre query handling time is so high that customer get irritated and the phone no. which they have provided me to enquire the status of phone either they not picked up or the phone get busy. i called up on that no for around 50 times with different no. and at different time but no results. hope you will look into the matter.
