Techcroz — Fake company looting money from public

Due to the Covid-19 pandameic I lost my job and I was searching for a online job from home, I came across Techcroz which is a data entry job online. I registered for the same and they asked me to pay Rs. 399/- as a registration fee and I trusted them and deposited the same.

After successful registration they asked me to download a software through which I need to work. I was shocked knowing that the link to download the software was fake and there is no such software that I need to work on and there is no data available that I need to enter.

I wrote the same to [protected]@techcroz.com regarding the same. They were like ready to refund the amount and they accepted that it was there failure. They said that they would refund the money through a Amazon pay voucher for which i deneiyed because it would contain various terms & conditions for redemption.

I made the payment through my account and asked the refund to my account for which they deneiyed.

After repeated requests made I thought I would raise a complaint against this website. Surprisingly there is no information about the company or website in any platforms whether social media or even there is no contact info about the company anywhere. Even the registered address of the company is fake.

This is evident that the company is fake and are looting money from public.

I request you to kindly take strict action against such fake companies who are looting money from innocent public.
