Tecno Mobile — battery and changing condition

Oluwarotimi is my name. Last year november i bought wx3p tecno from a store at sango, ogun state, nigeria. I bought that phone because i needed a phone that it's battery can last longer and serve me well cos of power problem at my end. But i regretted it cos i didn't enjoy the battery till date. And i don't even know how to get it fixed from your end.

My tecno mobile given to Om enterprises Nawalgarh Tecno Service center for repair. I m indeed sorry to write that after my repeated request the service center not repair my tecno mobile from last 4 months.The care executive only give me fake sympathy that we will repair your phone shortly. But they not complete own commitment on time.

Please I have a tecno F2LTE phone, but it keeps complaining insufficient memory while there is a enough space there and I have deleted some many apps and files but still doing that and i have 16gb memory card there, of recent it keeps stopping different apps intermittently. What do I do please.
