My phone is very slow charging and I go to service centre and 2 time 2 repair my phone but phone is not working and not charging...and service centre agent is blem to me my phone is damege on service centre..but my phone is all ready damage

Otg can't working in tecno spark 7 pro...
Plzzzzzzzz focus this complain and plz repair this issue

I have two complaints.
1. I am having a hard time typing the letter "p" because of the beeline interfering with it. This also happen when trying to write the figure "0" i would be most happy if it is it possible for the beeline to move to another location so the difficulty can stop.

2. Why does note app take only 1500 letters. That's short.in samsung, you type forever. Please make the changes.

I have buy an techno mobile from this and that mobile shop on 20/08/2018. After buying of few month mobile is not working properly than i went to local service center than they upgraded this mobile now it is working properly but my memory card slot problem is not resolved he told me to come after 1 month as my warranty period is not over. But today again went to this service center they are telling that memory card slot is broken they cannot replace. But my question is that after buying this mobile i have never use memory card than how i have damage this memory card slot. As a customer i want to know what is the use of giving warranty period. I never mind if you are not changing the slot but the image of your company will loss. I have suggested many people for buying your products. But today i will not suggest any body else. Thank you.

After warranty i repaired my phone in service center but after 7 to 10 days again i faced same problem because he is not proper repair my phone and they not provided me any payment receipt and they said me if your phone will spoiled u come and i will check and they said me i have already entry your information and garranty no warranty so please you call them and said proper repair phones and i will visit there and if they will not repair my phone again so i will police complaint

My tecno spark k7 got stolen and i want you to help me destroy the phone completely so that the robbers can not get access to the phone. I was attack by robbers in my apartment and the robbers break my door and collected valuables things in my house and also collected my phone, so that is why i want my tecno spark k7 destroy completely. I will be grateful if my request is highly consider and attended to.

When call come in, my phone keeps ringing but i wont see the person calling that i can't pick it, until the call cut then k see missed calls been having this problem few days ago, i need this to be fixed as soon as possible becausei wont be able to pick my incoming calls phone phone would just be ringing and shows it normal display, i've restarted it several time but still the same

I am using this mobile from 8 months, i have faced a lot of problems from this mobile. It won't support google play store, we cannot update or download apps from the google play store app. If we clear the cache it won't work for seconds. The earphones provided by you people are the worst earphones i have never seen before. If i start listening music from that earphones i feel like i want throw my phone. Sometimes i feel that if you have given this phone at free of cost i would never have taken this mobile. I am most eagerly waiting to file a case on you people in the court. Take it as warning, i want to get repaired of this mobile at free of cost in such a way that it should satisfy all the features provided by you people

Oluwarotimi is my name. Last year november i bought wx3p tecno from a store at sango, ogun state, nigeria. I bought that phone because i needed a phone that it's battery can last longer and serve me well cos of power problem at my end. But i regretted it cos i didn't enjoy the battery till date. And i don't even know how to get it fixed from your end.

This is to inform you that I purchased Tacno... Mobile from... Shop in rajasthan. Now this mobile is not working properly. I want to exchange this mobile bcoz this is in warranty period. The authorised Daler in Indore (M.P.) is ready to exchange this mobile in Rs. 300/- but Jaydeep mobile center in Rajkot, Gujrat is not ready to exchange this mobile as per appropriate amount.
Customer care in also not giving proper reply for this problem. I am living near by Rajkot .Suggest other way how can I exchange my mobile.
Hope you will help me as soon as possible.

I want to know whether fast dormancy is on/off in tecno camon isky??? Actually when data is on (3g)...in the notification panel it always shows "h+"... Even when there is no data traffic it remains sticked to "hspa+"... On other handsets i see that when there is no data traffic it shows "3g" icon and when i start using data it jumps to "h+"... But in my camon isky it is just sticked to "h+"... I even can not find where to see the rrc state... I want to check that is the rrc state is always "dch"... Or when there is no data traffic it becomes "idel"... Just tell me why it is always sticked to "h+" i know that airtel fully support fast dormancy so it should go to "3g" icon when no data traffic. Solve this quickly.

My tecno i3 pro last update 2 month ago..
Now i checking update... So no any updating my phone please sir tecno i3 pro new update launch. Because sir a new smart phone after some days or after some week new update for mobile phone tecno is a best company but sir i am not happy for this.. My name is arslan shah... And my phone no is... Sir, i bought techno i5pro on 28th april 2017 in ur 100days replacement scheme. After 1month i face camera, flashlight, battery problem. Ur rampuraphul service centre done software on handset but after 5days i still face same problem. They refuse to replacement warranty in just 40days. Plz suggest what can i do or u do the needful as earlier.

Mobile has heating while charging
Sometimes finger senser not works while unlocking
When i bought from shoppkepper he told me about the positive point about mobile. But he doesn't told me about negative point for the mobile
If he tells me that time i shouldn't purchased it.
Sir please give my money back
