I had deposited rs of 20000 in their game date 03/10/2024 time 2.14PM money debited from my account but ammount not received in game
the game marchant name was ' FS collection '
I had deposited from my Paytm and my bank name is ICICI bank

I tried to contact their customer service but they didn't gave me any response they was always giving same type message
I had contacted my Paytm customer service bank's customer service agent said that they had already done charge back file against them but game customer service didn't gave any response
