Please help me in refund on teen patti Master chatboard they say provide charge back or charge back rejection proof then we refund the amount. And bank saying provide confirmation letter from merchant to go with charge back process. Teen patti Master official site not providing anything. They says ask bank to refuse payment and refund. How can bank refuse payment after 20days . For successful transaction.
