Tehali — duped with wrong product. no return of product as promise

I had ordered a lehenga. My order no. Is #37876. But I got a bright blue Saree which isn't worth the price. This website seems a gujrat base fake firm as the portal has no contact details. Their mail-id and contact no. Both are fake and not working. This website is duping customers since a long long time. Its high time authorities take action and place penalty.

Ordered a lehanga and got a poor quality saree. Dont know how this site is still active.. Fraud! Including the delhivery team thats helping this site. Heart broken to know that i got cheated today..

I've ordered a lehenga and i got some cheap saree instead. I've been trying to call but none of the numbers are correct. And even the email they provided doesn't exist. Fraud website. I want my money back. My order ID is 3021651.
