Tejas Tours And Travels — Cheated by not sending the proper Bus & Bad customer service

On 19th Jan 2021 we called up Tejas Tours and Travel office and requested for 33 seater Bus for a family trip to Srirangapatna and return for 31st Jan 2021, Accordingly after rate negotiation we asked Chetan of Tejas Tours to confirm the booking and paid INR 1000 as advance for which we got a confirmation email from them stating the bus is confirmed and the driver with bus details will be send one day before the travel. After follow ups on 30th Jan from our side only in the evening we got a call from Tejas travel giving the details of driver and bus (Driver Name: Nagraj Mbl No: [protected] Bus No KA53A5834).
On 31st Jan 2021 when the bus arrived it was not of Tejas Travel though they have committed they will send there bus and the bus which was given was of different service provider and it was already in worst condition we did informed the same driver but he did not respond properly and later tried reaching Tejas Travel number but there was no response (Chetan). After boarding all the 29 passenger from Bangalore started traveling to Sri Rangapatna the entire journey was in trouble and we kept on informing the driver about the problem and he did not listen and tried calling Tejas Travel again but no response and by time when we are at Channapatna the vehicle totally breakdown and driver informed he cannot be further travel as the bus cannot be repaired by which all the 29 passengers has to come out and stand of road for hours for an alternate bus which Tejas travel did not do it in-spite of talking to the Head of the company Mr Manjunath.
After waiting for hours one Mini bus of 24 seat was organized with extra cost and he also made big issue initial stated he will pick us from Channapatna and take to Srirangapatna and drop us back to Bangalore but he has cheated by taking the money and dropped back to Channapatna itself.
My family member of 29 including children, senior citizens, physically handicap person were left on road for hours and Tejas Travel did not even had courtesy to respond to our calls and make some alternate arrangements.
Mr Manjunath being a Head of the company handling so many bus services for year now was totally incapable in handling the situation, the team of Tejas Travel Chetan, Deepa did nothing and they just ignored us.
The total expenses incurred to me during this trip is as per below:
Tejas Travel: Rs.1000/- paid as advance.
SLN Travel paid to Driver: Rs.5000/- (He left us at Channapatna due to bus breakdown and without informing us he came back to Bangalore)
Some local bus arranged @ Channapatna to Srirangapatna and return only to Channapatna by your company or by driver we paid: Rs.6500/-
Again from Channapatna to Bangalore we had to make our own arrangements as your company did not do it: Rs. 3500/-
So total expenses incurred to us because of Tejas Travel inefficiency is Rs.16000/-
Now i need my money back of 16000 plus compensation of 10000 for the problem occurred during the entire trip and for no response given to my emails and phone calls despite requesting them.
I am ready to give any further information if needed but need a proper justice for my complaint and these problems should not be faced by any other person/family.
I have attached the photos Bus which was sent to us and the condition of the same along with emails conversation done to Tejas Travels and acknowledgement from them about my advance money received.
Hope to receive an acknowledgement of my complaint along with my compensation at the earliest.
