Tekfusion Technologies — defective product (twinwoofers m2.0 earphones) | |||||
I had purchased a set of earphones from the official website of tekfusion technologies on 20 april. It got delivered to me on 25 april On 1st use itself i found them to be defective (Left side speaker not working). Only the right side is working. Since then i have emailed them regarding the issue twice but there is no response from the support team. Then i raised warranty claim in their website thrice but still there is no answer from them till date. They do not even have any contact number to talk to nor do they reply to any emails of customer. Now i am left with the defective pair of earphones. Kindly help to either replace or refund the money i spent. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The microphone of the headset is not working. I have raised a warranty claim on tekfusion websites more than a month ago. Almost dropped 4 mails, still no reply. There helpline number also invalid one. Now I am regretting buying this product. Seriously its worst customer service ever. Not planning to buy any product from Tekfusion. Worst Service.
