Hi,

The left side, speaker side of the earphone is not working and the earphones are still under warranty. So i would like a replacement for the earphone or a refund at the earliest.
I have tried reaching the customer care number multiple time but it says the number is not available. And none of the website links are opening.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest and replace the earphones with new ones as...

I purchased tekfusion twinwoofers last year in may but now the side with the mic has stopped working. I sent a mail to them but it is not being delivered. Alos i am trying to open their site but it is not opening. Please advice me how to proceed further. My earphones are still under warranty.

I have purchased a earphone twinwoofer M2 on jan 2018 from paytm mall app. Now its one sided sound not coming. There is no wire cracking or any damage. It stopped in while working. Please suggest for replacement and repair for the same under warranty.

I also make a request on your site before 5-6 days. But I can't recieve any response for your side.

The left side speaker in my tekfusion twinwoofer m2.0 stopped working. I have raised a warranty claim on tekfusion websites more than a month ago. Almost dropped 4 mails, still no reply. Now im regretting buying this product. Seriously its worst customer service ever.
If your not ensuring a good customer service and resolution of issues then why the hell you are operating in different countries, stick to yours only....

I had purchased a set of earphones from the official website of tekfusion technologies on 20 april. It got delivered to me on 25 april

On 1st use itself i found them to be defective (Left side speaker not working). Only the right side is working. Since then i have emailed them regarding the issue twice but there is no response from the support team.

Then i raised warranty claim in their website thrice but still...

I have sent my earphones for replacement (Purchase order no. - tk10531) months ago. I got an email that the product has been received and i will be informed about the status further but ever since that there has been no response. I have emailed multiple times to follow up but no one responds to emails. I need my earphones back at the earliest possible. And i will never recommend tekfusion to anyone cause my experience has been really bad....

I have contacted the company via mail 3 times now still nobody is responding. I called them yesterday, nobody was picking up the phone. I feel like i have been robbed of my money. I orderd a pair of tekfusion twinwoofer m2 with order no tk12692 payment was complete got notification of money getting deducted from account but still order is pending, mode of payment was upi, i have sent mails to the email address provided by the company but have't got any reply neither i have any notification regarding order by sms or email, the phone no i got from google i not working... Mode of payment that i chose was through upi. First attempt of payment got cancelled due to some technical reasons of bank, so i re-tried paying through upi. For the second time the payment was successful and...

I have ordered for twinwwofers m.2 earphones on 6th november 2017 through netbanking, but i haven't received any message or mail regarding the confirmation of the product and there is no option to call customer care service in the website, i am little worried about the money that i have paid. I want to know whether they will deliver the product to me or not....

I ordered a headphone from tekfusion website on 31st october but the order is still in pending status and havent recevied any email or sms notification regarding the same.
I tried to contact the service support and also send an email to the support but still awaiting response from them.
Would request to kindly look into the matter and resolve.

I had ordered tekfusion twinwoofer m2 earphone on 28th september debiting 2, 199 rs. I haven't received the product yet. Neither there is email notification nor shipment status. I am unable to login using my account. Its been 9 days now,
There was no response from customer service too

Please provide me as much as help as possible and I need this problem solved for free because by Headphones are under warranty and therefore they should be replaced or repaired for free! This is my opinion. The quality of the headphone is very good but I was afraid to complain you about this problem when it took place but I need to tell you that this problem has took place and please help me solve it as fast as possible...

Headphone is not working properly and giving problem every time when I'm trying to connect my phone or laptop but it could not connect to laptop and any phone And that's why I'm raising my complaint to you to help me out from this situation. I'm claiming for warranty and it's been only 4 month that i bought from Flipkart and i never used headphone until i need....

I had ordered tekfusion twinwoofers black chrome earphones a month ago on paytm, the right side earphone comparatively has very less volume and bass as compared to left one, i have been trying to call up and email tekfusion about the product but i haven't received any response and no either way to contact them as well, the phone doesn't even ring too.. Need to get the same replaced as it's not working as it should.

I had bought tekfusion - twinwoofers in-ear headphones from flipkart and was very satisfied with it but strangely when i plugged in my earphones this morning they sounded strange but when i apply pressure on the jack's work it works just fine.
