Hi,

The left side, speaker side of the earphone is not working and the earphones are still under warranty. So i would like a replacement for the earphone or a refund at the earliest.
I have tried reaching the customer care number multiple time but it says the number is not available. And none of the website links are opening.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest and replace the earphones with new ones as soon as possible. If that is not possible i would like a refund for the product

The customer care number that is provided is not working. And also the website is not reachable.
Went to the location and checked the address that is given. The office or anything related to tekfusion does not exist in that location
Very bad customer service. They have not even replied back to the mail.

    I purchased tekfusion twinwoofers last year in may but now the side with the mic has stopped working. I sent a mail to them but it is not being delivered. Alos i am trying to open their site but it is not opening. Please advice me how to proceed further. My earphones are still under warranty.

      I have purchased a earphone twinwoofer M2 on jan 2018 from paytm mall app. Now its one sided sound not coming. There is no wire cracking or any damage. It stopped in while working. Please suggest for replacement and repair for the same under warranty.

      I also make a request on your site before 5-6 days. But I can't recieve any response for your side.

      I really love its sound. Please give me solution how it converts in working condition.

        The left side speaker in my tekfusion twinwoofer m2.0 stopped working. I have raised a warranty claim on tekfusion websites more than a month ago. Almost dropped 4 mails, still no reply. Now im regretting buying this product. Seriously its worst customer service ever.
        If your not ensuring a good customer service and resolution of issues then why the hell you are operating in different countries, stick to yours only.

          I had purchased a set of earphones from the official website of tekfusion technologies on 20 april. It got delivered to me on 25 april

          On 1st use itself i found them to be defective (Left side speaker not working). Only the right side is working. Since then i have emailed them regarding the issue twice but there is no response from the support team.

          Then i raised warranty claim in their website thrice but still there is no answer from them till date.

          They do not even have any contact number to talk to nor do they reply to any emails of customer. Now i am left with the defective pair of earphones.

          Kindly help to either replace or refund the money i spent.

          The microphone of the headset is not working. I have raised a warranty claim on tekfusion websites more than a month ago. Almost dropped 4 mails, still no reply. There helpline number also invalid one. Now I am regretting buying this product. Seriously its worst customer service ever. Not planning to buy any product from Tekfusion. Worst Service.

            I have sent my earphones for replacement (Purchase order no. - tk10531) months ago. I got an email that the product has been received and i will be informed about the status further but ever since that there has been no response. I have emailed multiple times to follow up but no one responds to emails. I need my earphones back at the earliest possible. And i will never recommend tekfusion to anyone cause my experience has been really bad. I have purchased 2 versions of twinwoofers and both have stopped working.

While we try our level best to fulfill claims within 7-15 working days, I understand that you did not receive any correspondence from our team within that time period.             In your email, please mention the following important details:

            1) Your original concern that you were facing (early email communication would be appreciated)
            2) A photo of your original bill of purchase.
            3) If you had shipped the product to us, do attach courier bill/receipt/tracking ID (mention courier company)
            4) Sometimes if we have not received your courier, then it implies that either we have not received it or it might have been handed over to a wrong person. In such cases, we advice you to claim the parcel from the courier company and we always advice you to keep a note of the name of the person who received it along with their personal phone number (usually provided to courier company at time of delivery)

            As of now, we do not have any callback numbers and we will try our level best to get back to your email within 24-72hours of time. We are looking forward to get this issue resolved in matter of days.

            There is still no response on this. Even after promising response within 24 to 72 hours.
            I have been sending requests at the same email address but have not received any response. However, I have resent the entire email thread along with the above requested details. Appreciate if this can be please looked into at the earliest. Just an FYI, the email thread acknowledges that the product has already been received at your collection center and nothing has happened since then.

              I ordered tekfusion twinwoofer earphones from their official website, they sent me terrible earphones with very bad sound quality. I have contacted the company via mail 3 times now still nobody is responding. I called them yesterday, nobody was picking up the phone. I feel like i have been robbed of my money. Terrible company, don't ever buy any of their products

                    Since the last 2 months this stupid company has been fooling me that my ear phones are with them but they happily returned them to my mail and then it came back to me after one month,

                    They have been trying to play the fool with me, i bought these earphones in january 2017 and they have written in their last mail that they have discontinued these earphones and they will not provide me any warranty?

                    What the hell? Is this the kind of service this company provides? My problem was that the audio is not clear as before so they can do the required easily as the product is still under warranty and i sent my product on october 4th to them and this is what they pronounce after one month

                    I did tell them in my last email that i am going to complain against this company, there are no service centers and forget about that, even the phone doesn't work!
                    You all are thief's and u stole my hard earned money!

                    Make in india? Modi needs to know that his fellow indian companies are thief's and so it's better to buy foreign stuff, atleast they don't behave like this

                    I will get my service no matter what! And i[censored] are man of your words then do it!"

                    Now you'll have come up with a new idea of giving me a discount on a # product? The ecofers sound worse than the twinwoofers, and this company offered me just a 30%off discount?? Like how does the warranty matter then?? What do u mean to say by warranty? I think it's time to take all this to the next level, well it's too much now, i asked them to give me a better offer on the twinwoofers 2nd version inspite of knowing that my product is still covered under warranty, but they seem to take my case as a casual stupid customer, they took me for granted, now i want to get my earphones like in whichever way u want, i[censored] don't have twinwoofers 1st version then i want the 2nd version but tmy product is under warranty so i will now go against u and i'm giving u 3 days in order to resolve all this, or i'm taking all to the next level.

                        Hi,

                        With reference to above subject & transaction id tk12510, i would like to inform you that i had faced a problem during payment for my order on www.tekfusiontechnologies.com for an amount of 1738/- inr on 11/11/2017. Mode of payment that i chose was through upi. First attempt of payment got cancelled due to some technical reasons of bank, so i re-tried paying through upi. For the second time the payment was successful and the amount got debited from my account. After this when i returned to the page of tekfusion technologies it showed payment declined due to unauthencation from bank.

                        I have received a confirmation from payment gateway that the transaction was successful and the amount has been credited to the receiving bank.

                        I request to tekfusion teknologies to kindly authenticate my transaction and issue me the order as soon as possible to the below given address.
                        Or else kindly refund the amount of 1738/- inr to the earliest.
