[Resolved]  Tekfusion Technologies — Not received the product which was sent for replacement

I have sent the defected product to Tekfusion which was under warranty. They said that they will be replacing the product and so for sending the product back, I have credited Rs.100 to their account. Its been 3 months now and still I have not received the product. Everytime I mail them they say that "We will check and let you know".
