[Resolved]  Tekfusion Technologies — not received the product yet

Hi team,
I had ordered tekfusion twinwoofer m2 earphone on 28th september debiting 2, 199 rs. I haven't received the product yet. Neither there is email notification nor shipment status. I am unable to login using my account. Its been 9 days now,
There was no response from customer service too
Please take action accordingly and help me received my product
