[Resolved] Tekfusion Technologies — The left speaker is not working and I think that it is because of the 3.5mm jack which has a loose connection

Please provide me as much as help as possible and I need this problem solved for free because by Headphones are under warranty and therefore they should be replaced or repaired for free! This is my opinion. The quality of the headphone is very good but I was afraid to complain you about this problem when it took place but I need to tell you that this problem has took place and please help me solve it as fast as possible
