I have purchased a hp laptop from you. I was getting frequent technical problems while using it. Hence i submitted it to the hp care centre. After their investigation they told me that this product has manufacturing defects and it need to be replaced from wherever you have bought it. They have issued doa certificate too from hp company to certify this product with manufacturing defects. I have given a complaint to paytm. The procedure is you have to take this laptop back and send it to the company through the same channel from which you have bought it along with purchase invoice and doa certificate. And company will give new laptop with replacement to this. As i have to submit this laptop to you withis 7 days of issuance of doa certificate, please understand the urgency of time and reply accordingly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
