I had brought a hp 15 core i3 7th gen (4gb/1tb hdd/dos/2gb graphics) modl no 15da0073tx, i received the product 21may19, now there became some problems, when i call hp care and chk warranty i saw the laptop already was on 23oct2018... So warranty left only 2 months... Company has delivered me a 2nd hand product... Now i want replace it... I shocked how any company can fraud with any customer...

    I have purchased hp 15 core i3 7th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/dos) 15-da0296tu laptop laptop from flipkart order id od[protected]Seller: tekify global) and received the laptop on 31 dec-18but broken at the lan port i did not even on the laptop. I requested for return of the laptop on the same day. It has been more than six days and have not received any proper response from seller. So i want to replace my laptop as soon as possible

      Sir I have purchased Laptop hp pavilion x360 11-AD022TU from you through paytm
      I got the product in time it is very good
      But I want to avail hp festive offer to get additional warranty so I go to hp website and tried to purchase it but your name is not there
      Please help me out this problem as my friend has taken same laptop from paytm but other seller he got the festival offer.then why it is denied for me...
      Please do needful.

        I have purchased a hp laptop from you. I was getting frequent technical problems while using it. Hence i submitted it to the hp care centre. After their investigation they told me that this product has manufacturing defects and it need to be replaced from wherever you have bought it. They have issued doa certificate too from hp company to certify this product with manufacturing defects. I have given a complaint to paytm. The procedure is you have to take this laptop back and send it to the company through the same channel from which you have bought it along with purchase invoice and doa certificate. And company will give new laptop with replacement to this.

        As i have to submit this laptop to you withis 7 days of issuance of doa certificate, please understand the urgency of time and reply accordingly.

          I've purchased HP AU117TX laptop from paytm (seller: tekify global) and received the laptop on 16/jan but broken at the fan area and near the touchpad area. I did not even ON the laptop. I requested for return of the laptop on the same day. It's been more than 24 hours and haven't received any response. Im a student going to do masters next week in Australia. I immediately want to return my laptop. Please do respond. I dont have time. And please inform me about return date.

          I bought a hp pavilion notebook via paytm at two years back. I lost my laptop. I want to file a FIR copy in police station. For creating FIR I need a Invoice copy of my product. I have a Invoice number. Can you please help me to find a Invoice copy?

              I purchased HP 15-ac123tx laptop from paytm, which has delivered me on 3rd November. HP authorized seller tekify global sent me this product. The main issue with laptop is that the power switch is not working properly. After trying 10 to 11 times it getting on. So I want to replace my laptop as soon as possible.

                I had ordered HP HP 15-af103AX (P3C93PA) Laptop (APU Quad Core/4 GB/1 TB/39.62 cm (15.6)/Windows 10/2 GB Graphics) (Silver) from Paytm on 30 th cot with Order No is[protected] .HP authorized seller Tekify Globol sent me the laptop but didn't sent the laptop bag. HP always sales laptop with laptop bag.they give it dealer or distributor for customer but they had keep it to sales personally . Its scam by the dealer. plz send my bag. i[censored] dont send it i complent on ur in police station. and also in hp custmer cair.
