telangana police — Noise Pollution By Seller Cart Vehicles

Hi - We are experiencing disturbance due to heavy noise pollution by the seller/vendor cart vehicles. On a daily basis around 20 different vendors passby with high volume speaker system attached to the vehicles. These include seller's/vendors for onion, ginger garlic, vegitables, fruits, oil, junk buyer, donation vehicles... Etc While it's a win-win situation that vendors are at our door step, but cannot be at the cost of our peace of mind.
I did lodge a complaint with police but don't see any action
