Hi,
I have made a echallan payment of rs.162000 through sbi epay gateway, the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated,
Date of incident:22-feb-2018
Amount of 162000
Ref no.[protected]
Sbi epay registration:[protected],
Normally if transaction fails the amount is refunded back within 24 hrs, however its more than 3 days still its pending,
I am falling short of funds and want to do the registration at the earliest.
