Does e-challan refund done for any body?

I heard that all the cancelled e-challan (for Dharani) are not processed.

My name is Col Ravinder Singh kahlon. I am a serving army offr. I purchased a 250 sq yds plot from Narne Estate Pvt Ltd in East City, Plot No 39, Block N, Sector 3, survey No 577, Vill Bibinagar, dist Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.
I am in possession of sale deed dated 11 Mar 1993. I also have a statement of encumbrance on property.
It has now come to my knowledge that the said property has some litigation issues due to some wrongdoings by this firm who sold the plot.
I sincerely request that the matter be looked into and justice be done to a helpless serving army officer who has dedicated 32 years of his life in service of the nation.

This is to inform you regarding property that I have a plot vacant land plot no 386 and survey no 562 to 565 &583 at Kondamadugu village bibinagar near railway crossing i.e darshan Nagar colony(venture) Yadadri Bhuvanagiri dist and my land boundaries are removed by unknown persons and it's non agricultural land survey plot wise is not possible and I heard that my land including other plots becoz it's a venture all plots boundaries are removed and third party making illegal documents and selling them .so I kindly request to do the needful madam I heard and read in news that registration dept through what's up and call support any property dispute is solved but they to come to office and discuss with officers but I came physically some sub registrar meeting was there on 29/9/18 I came to your cabin asked for communication with you but due to meeting I cannot discuss the matter.kindly request you to do the needful so that I can sell my my property.

Because of this bloody bugging government sites we are loosing money and waste of time. My Land registration is stopped because of this.

Normally if transaction fails the amount is refunded back within 24 hrs, however its more than 3 days still its pending, br...

We are finalised to purchase a plot at badangpet village in rangareddy dist of telangana state under plot no 46 sy no 139 & 143 and approached registration office to know valuation details etc. But the information given by regn office that the above sy no s are under urban ceiling act and we have to get noc from urban land ceiling office gaganvihar, chandralok complex, nampally. Hyd. The owner says it will not cover under the above said act and he says regn office personel unneccessary asking these noc. Hence i request you to display a list of sy nos which are covered under this act so that innocent public will be alert themseves before purchase of plots.

I payed an online challan on 27-Jan-2018 of Rs.3171.90 with transaction reference no[protected]IGACUKVYE2, with challan number 5524ER270118. It gave one more number for the same payment, which is attached as image. The amount deducted from my account, but when we tried to proceed with this challan, it gave an error. The registration office staff also clearly said that, the challan was failed due to some reason and it will be refunded. We had to postpone our plot registration. We waited till 29-Jan-2018, but i didn't get any refund. On 29-Jan-2018, i payed another challan, with number 56196A290118 and with the amount of Rs.3171.80 for the same purpose with transaction reference number[protected]IGACURIVO2, which was successfully completed and we proceeded with the registration. I have also got the registration documents.

The issue is, the first challan i paid was failed for some reason and i didn't any refund yet. Please help me to get my money back. I have attached all the mandatory images. Please let me know if anything else is needed.

I was chasing the officials since two weeks, but no one is responding. Why don't these guys are totally irresponsible, as govt employees?

Registration charges paid through sbi online banking on 04.09.2017 vide online challan no. 400qhh040917 and corresponding transaction reference no.[protected] for house registration located in dummayiguda and sro keesara. The same debited to my account immediately.

As we come to know that payment not received and kept pending further proceedings with respect to transfer of title to buyer and other necessary formalities.

It is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear sir,
We approached several times the sub registrar office anjaiah nagar, serilingam pally mandal, rangareddy dist, telangana. Every time the stamp vendor counter closed and they put a board system under repair. But the stamp papers available out side with extra 20 to 30 % cost. The government people encouraging the corruption directly. If we complain to the sub-registrar, he advised us to purchase stamp papers outside with 30% excess charges.
