I am k.lakshmi .I bought vegetable cutter from tele choice on 4th July 2015 (INVOICE No:51319). I came across a damage in my cutter the small blades pannel got disturbed I am not able to cut vegetables with that I contacted on customers care . They told me to send the damaged piece to chennai . I sent the piece to Chennai on 29th september 2015 .I didn't get any message or call saying when they would exchange my damage piece.I request you send the new piece as soon as possible
