Telebrands India — 5 in 1 sofa bed is defective piece

Address:Nagpur, Maharashtra

I have purchase 5 in 1 Sofa Bed from Telebrands on 01st Feb 2016. Later on, I use that Sofa bed latest by 2 to 3 days before (i.e. on 17/02/16) and i found that it was a defective piece.
I called customer care but no one picking up calls.
Please i want replacement of that piece.
