I have received your product Sauna Solution Belt but, when i try to used it is not working, the power supply indicator is not lighted up.

Today on 3 march 2017received order by
AWB I[protected] Tiger fittness machine.
order. no 3662871 for Rs.8711.
Tiger machine in completly damage condition. box and outer rapping not damage at all but machin inside is completely damage. Means they cheted the customer.and pacjage already damage product inside. Need return on immediate basis.
Order given on 29 jan. And delivery given on 3 March was too late against expected within 7/8 days.
Vegetable cuttter received MRP told on phone was 5000 to 6000 but on MRP return on box was 1999.Rs basic model of nicer dicer cutter send to us. this was not as per customer expectation.
1 pyramid box size about 50mmx50mm send cost about 500 Rs send to me without any discussion at the time of order but it is completely damage.
How it is possible that packaging box is without damage and parts inside box are damage. Means they are sending purposely damage product to customer.
Now they told to send all item return at my own cost... it's very disgusting..where customer is always in risk side. Forcefully asking for return parts as company policy... customer don't have any guarantee whether they will give new product defect free or cashback...
