Telebrands India — Repairing Charges

I Recently Purchased a Sauna Trim Belt From Telebrands Ind Site Online, Now after 3 months its stopped working so i called costumer care to know what to do they said i hav to send it to certain address and will get it back in 6-7 days i was ok for all this untill he said I hav to send a DD of 495rs as well with it, I was shocked i said it is in Warranty period he replied yeah it is in warranty but still we charge 495 is checking and repairing charge. What is the use of warranty then if they are gonna charge for repairing I am clueless on what should I do now.
