Telechoice — Bogus Products and extremely bad service, lies and fool games by staff

Telechoice is a small company that purchases cheap goods for 200 Rs. or 300 Rs. and advitersies them on local TV channels for 5000Rs. The phone numbers are [protected] and [protected]. The Team leader is Dinesh who handles a set of people who are trained to sell these products for high prices, force the customers, continuously call the customers and torchure them into buying the product. A few of these people are Nandinee, Anita, Karunakaran, Ramesh, Siva, Suresh, etc. They promise that these products are authentic and imported. I was fooled in January 2014 and forced to purchase a Juicer. But the product they delivered to my home was very different. All the parts of the juicer were different and weak and un-usable. It was very very difficult to get juice out of it, but the TV ads show the person being able to make juice very easily without much manual force. They promised that the product has 6 months warranty. But when I called to get it changed, nobody bothered to assist me or call me back. I continuously called for 2 months and they had the audacity to simply disconnect the phone line as soon as they heard my name. They warned each other about me and everyone started to disconnect as soon as I said my name. I managed to get a hold of Dinesh (team leader) who again simply promised to replace the product in one day. They never came and as I expected, Dinesh ignored my request. They are a team of jobless people who have set up a small company and the team just has a lot of fun. They even have a simple website where you can clearly see that there is no proper complaint management system Manager or Incharge person. I was on the phone line several times, they would ask me to wait and I could hear them giggle and laugh and make fun of my sufferings behind the phone. When I asked to speak to Nandinee, the person put me on hold, he asked Nandinee (who was sitting right next to him) whether she was interested in talking to me. Later he came back and told me Nandinee didnt come to office yet. They are full of lies! They are all just sitting there and having a jolly time while we struggle to catch them on phone hoping that they would assist. I advice you all, they are a bunch of irresponsible cheats trying to make money out of innocent people like myself. Most people are like this.
