Address:Nanded

Excess of people without reservation was seated in the bus infront of driver or inside and huge amount of money taken from them. I observed the bus was Pune to basmat. It's also related to people safety. I kindly request to you to strictly inform to driver for not allowing single person without reservation. And take necessary action.

    One Turtle Trouser (size:34) was purchased on08.09.2022 from Pantaloon-South City Mall-Kolkata has quality issue (bobbles in between thighs area) after using for only 2 days. This was not expected from banded clothes manufacturers like Turtle.
    The Trouser-Turtle has not been washed. Kindly suggest for your replacement policy if any. Please note that we are not from Kolkata. Mob. No.:[protected] was given during billing. A total of Rs.2, 805 was paid to Pantaloon for one Turtle Trouser and one T-shirt of other brand.

      I Purchased the Photo frame (ORDER #6540) from their website.
      In Online Website, The frame was looking good and worth Rs 719/
      When I received the product immediately I felt this is not even worth Rs 100. Even road side bus station products are better.
      I submitted a request to return it but the customer service never responded back. Do not buy online products from this website

        I have placed an order on 30th October n my order number is 3116. They r neither dispatching the products nor refunding the amount. They won’t pick up the calls mostly that number will be switched off. Such a horrible response from company persons. Haven’t seen such a disgusting behaviour from any of the companies felt till todate

          I had the worst customer service experience at this store over the weekend. I bought a quilt for my bed and specifically asked if I could get a refund if it didn't fit as I've found US and India sizes to be different. They told me that as long as I kept the tag on it and came before noon the next day they would refund me the amount. I came the next day once the stored opened at 10:30 and they told me they could only give me a store credit. Since I complained they tried to negotiate with me saying that they would give me 50% refund, then 100% refund but I had to wait for the cashier. After making me wait for 30 minutes for the cashier to get to work they ended up saying they would only give me a store credit. I don't recommend to anybody shopping at this place as they will lie to you in order to get you to make the purchase, not keep their word, and give you a very bad customer experience. Stay away from this shop.
