I had the worst customer service experience at this store over the weekend. I bought a quilt for my bed and specifically asked if I could get a refund if it didn't fit as I've found US and India sizes to be different. They told me that as long as I kept the tag on it and came before noon the next day they would refund me the amount. I came the next day once the stored opened at 10:30 and they told me they could only give me a store credit. Since I complained they tried to negotiate with me saying that they would give me 50% refund, then 100% refund but I had to wait for the cashier. After making me wait for 30 minutes for the cashier to get to work they ended up saying they would only give me a store credit. I don't recommend to anybody shopping at this place as they will lie to you in order to get you to make the purchase, not keep their word, and give you a very bad customer experience. Stay away from this shop.
