Telecom — fraud number claiming to be calling on behalf of bank

I just received a call stating that he's calling on behalf of sbi bank and my card has been blocked. He asked my adhar number and card number in case i want to resume my services for the same. I told him that i don't have any sbi account in my name. I asked him that which card number has been blocked so that i can investigate further. He just disconnected my call and since then his no is switched off. The number is [protected] and truecaller states that its from west bengal.
