[Resolved] BSNL- landline — Complaint against poor customer service | |||
Dear sir, I am johnrose t, residing in thengapattanan (Exchange Pynkulam),kk dist. since 17 yrs I have a BSNL landline service, phone number [protected]. It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by your dept. Personnel. 1. For the last 6 month my telephone undergone line crossing problem and which is acting as lying dead and in spite of several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men. 2. During 1995 we took a landline connection, from painkulam exchange office they issued new phone, more than 15yrs passed they haven’t changed the phone, still we were using the same phone. Presently we like to exchange old phone to new because the faulted phone. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Landline — poor customer services
I m a customer of MTNL. I have been using two numbers 26123528, and 26123527. Both of these numbers are dead but I have to pay the service charge every month.. I try to complain about it more than 100 times. But now I have realized that their customer care service is nothing but a joke. There are two numbers ****2198 and 198 for automatic complaint booking. Whenever i dial the first one it tells me that line is temporary dead but it does not tell me the cause of it. On the other hand 198 is more irritating as I never got to talk any body on this number and i find myself caught in a very irritating machine network which itself needs to be repaired. it asks me to dial my number and each time their computer record the wrong number seems it has nothing to do with customer service but an answer machine has been set to avoid suffered customers.. There is also a so called fault repair service, i have registered my complaints on this but when it comes to checking status of my complaint..All i got is an error message. I don’t know where I should complain for this faulty "fault repair service" Now I feel totally harassed using their services..Can you please help me out.
