I order sweat slim belt from teleshopping by calling on the telephone number displayed on there site on 18th Nov.
I got other product i.e hot shaper with order number 2986, I immediately called them and asked for right product, after initial reasoning and resistance they agreed to give me right product. but till 30th Nov I have not received any reply from them nor they have committed any fixed timeline.
so On 30th Nov, I asked them to give me money back even now I am not getting any well defined answer, I have called almost 10- 15 time but no proper response.
The process and tracking is not well define, if a certain product is asked how can such a big network without talking to consumer replace the product claiming it is same. Quality of product is very bad.
2 hot shapper were put into same box.
