Teleysia Networks — Salary issue / fnf issue

I was working for teleysia network pvt ltd and everything was fine.
But due to medical reasons, i have leave the company. Also please be noted there was not any legal agreement signed between me and company.

I was not paid the salary of feb 2016 and the claim amount. I was told that within 90 days salary will be credited but it was not the case.
Its now 6 months and i didnt received and call or mail.

I have tried calling them several time but always come up with some excuses. Then after they stopped receiving my call.
I also send them a mail saying "i will take legal actions" but still i didnt get any respose neither from hr nor my supervisor.
