Complainer seem to be fraud and do not respect efforts of Teleysia Networks to bring more engineers on job by giving them industry relevant telecom courses.

I'm working in Teleysia network Pvt Ltd. as a Drive test engineer in Gujrat.Due to some emergency in my home I'm on emergency leave last 20 days . October month attandence also approved on EMS portal but still salary not credited & no one response on this even MS Head also not replay.

When company said, there is no job guarantee and regarding placement so far 100% engineers got job in teleysia or outside. Job depends on your learning ability as well other aspect of skills like soft skill, attitude, willingness to travel across India.

No one will just hiring you because, you have taken training in teleysia, everyone will take your detail interview. Regarding training, its 1 month even up to you get satisfy. Now its up to you what you still want to to learn, its like engineering study, you are in engineering college but finally study you have to do.

yes...i am agreed with this complaint...i have also fallen in this...one company told the same that i provide you training after that also job...but they dont provide any job after training...so there are severel fraud companies heither and theither in india that make fool to eager & talented engineers

its true i will say only few words "if you have ability and guts, no body in this world will stop you"

Yes..I am agree with the complaint.They take too big amount for the kind of fundamental tranning.They are taking 30000 Rs. for the tranning of only 20 to 25 days.If You do the things pracitacly its only take 7 to 10 day to do the things properly.No any expert knowledge or engineering knowledge required.Even if they offer the job its kind of labour work.They reserve the right of immediate termination with them self.so they can kick off emplyee even if heshe is capable to do the thing by showing some irrelevant causes.by giving 5k to 6k basis salary this company earns very healty income.Even in this company the management people have not value of there own words to employee as far as money is concern.Now a day all the telecom operator(vodafone, airtel etc) and telecom sub vendor are doing cost as you all knows that call rates are going down day by day.so No jobs of communication is in market(with good slary)But still the Electronic and communication is first choice of student and parents.after not getting the job person like to go for some kind of tranning.So with the possitive hope person start the tranning.Company like teleysia take healthy financial advantage of this things.company like this want skill educated labour as employee not smart engineer .even if they provide job person need to work at 12 to 18 hours to earns 6.5k to 8 k initially.They have reserve all the rights to exploit the employee.For this people attitude is " you just do the things what they tell when they tell and where they tell "dont like listen "NO".If you have this kind of attitude then go ahead else rest all up to You.
