[Resolved]  Telus International, India — unethical behaviour

I have booked an Train Ticket from New Delhi to Gaya for the Date - 11/03/2025.

It was covered in the Trip Guarantee Program by the Company Make My Trip.
It got auto cancelled from the websites end because it was waitlisted till the last moment & I got the Voucher for the same, but I was unbale to book the ticket from my end as the voucher was not applicable to the next booking which I was trying to do.

It's been 3 days & I have tried my best to get in touch with the helpline number, today the team reverted me that the voucher is applicable for the same trip (same source & destination) which was not applicable in the next trip.

I want an refund of the trip guarantee fee for the same amount of the voucher.

I am attaching the message I've got from the team-
