Address: Dadar East, Mumbai
I was sold a plot (no. 18) measuring 1938 sqft in a village Chafer, Satara district near Pune in 2012 in a project called "Rose Hill View". (PFA notarized sale agreement and plot allotment letter with payment schedule). The payment was to be made in 48 EMIs of 5007/- after a 20% rebate on the cost of the land. After I finished paying my EMIs in 2016, just when we were supposed to get the plot registered, my point of contact at the company Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. stopped answering my calls and was not available in his office despite several attempts. A few months later I came across the news that lakhs of people like me had been duped by the company which turned out to be a ponzi scheme.

Updated by imrishabh29 I have constantly been in touch with several lawyers over the years trying to file an official complaint to get my money back. However, nobody seemed to be interested in taking the case. And I finally moved to Mumbai to try and close this in person in 2020. However, that when the pandemic hit and we were locked inside. The case has been pending since.
Expecting a fair resolution here along with a full refund and interest till date and compensation for all the harassment.
Any updates on the compensation by the company for the plots that they have sold? we too have booked a plot in murbad in june 2014 under Rose Royal phase I scheme.
