I have booked plot no 74 at Pearl City Rose C Block Hydrabad on 01/11/2023 and signed sale of agreement and paid full money Rs 150000 and receipt for the same is with me. Now i came to know that compny has done fraud. i want my money refund.

I shreya deshpande booked plot no 74 rose pearl city c block on 1/11/2013 and notarised agreement to sale with me. I was out of mumbai for job and could not contact officials. Today i visited office and found that office shut and many stickers of recovery, court, bank and consumer courts are attached to door. Officials of municipal office beside temple rose office was also not knowing what is happened as board of temple rose is also not appeared. I want money refund with interest

My husband Mr. Rajat Kumar Das and I Mrs. Priyanka Hedaoo Das had purchased a 1854 sq ft plot from TEMPLE ROSE REAL ESTATE PVT. LTD in JUNE 2014. We have paid 77868/- as 20% booking amount on 06/06/2014. We had given them EMI cheques and paid EMI's. Now the company is declared fraud and we have neither received our plot nor our money back. We want compensation of the full amount paid by us towards the purchase of the plot mentioned below.

I was sold a plot (no. 18) measuring 1938 sqft in a village Chafer, Satara district near Pune in 2012 in a project called "Rose Hill View". (PFA notarized sale agreement and plot allotment letter with payment schedule). The payment was to be made in 48 EMIs of 5007/- after a 20% rebate on the cost of the land. After I finished paying my EMIs in 2016, just when we were supposed to get the plot registered, my point of contact at the company Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. stopped answering my calls and was not available in his office despite several attempts. A few months later I came across the news that lakhs of people like me had been duped by the company which turned out to be a ponzi scheme.

I have done payment 485000 for two plots but not get handover.

We have paid full agreement value in rose city. But now we understand that the assets of the company has been seized by Bank and Govt and there is no further development in the property where they had assured us good returns . Now we are not able to sell out our the property . kindly guide us In this case will we get our entire invested money / Land back of the plot.?

Temple rose is a big scam. I invested my money (3 lakhs) to buy a plot, I didn't get anything but fakeness... Not received the plot nor the amount. For someone like us it's a big amount and trusting on this company was a big mistake. 😓🥺🥺😢 The scam plotters should not get released forever. People are cursing them, such fraudness should get worst punishment. 😡😡😡

sogaon, Shahpur, plot no-202 &203, in 2014 the Company has given us the registered sale deed+kharedi khat+7+12 registered in our name

Have registered 2 plots one in phase 4 and other in phase 5..and have paid a big amount. The culprits should not be released. Hope the court plays a big part and we get our hard earned money back soon.

Invested money for plot no 52 area of 2531 sq ft for land "rose royale" phase i murbad made payment of rs. 358440 and later on transferred the whole amount for plot no 992 area of 2389.60 in project "rose raigad city" and in return given a cheque which is now returned by the bank saying account is closed. Has government taken any initiative to refund investors money back. Please let me know i really want my hard earned money back

I had booked two plots with temple rose real estate pvt. Ltd mumbai in year 2011 and 2012 one located in mumbai outskirts and other in pune. I had paid full price for the plots but suddenly the organisation authorities disappeared and they could not be contacted. I am still struggling to trace them and establish a contact to get the possession of my plots in mumbai and pune.
I have all the legal details of the payment made and the certificate issued by the company which i am ready to disclose before appropriate authorities.
Please help me, now what shall i do to get the physical possesion of my plots.

My name is ravindra gulve, i have booked plot no 216 in rose city phase vii, against that i have paid alomost rs.2, 07, 000/- in monthly instalment in two years, i was told that i will get n. A. Plot possession after 5 years. But still i have not seen any progress in the same. Now i want refund of amount paid to temple rose real estate pvt ltd. But still not received.

Hi i have purchase 2000 sq. Ft. Plot in rose city phase 3. I have paid 3 lakh in igp scheme in advance. As per agreement they will handover plot after completing 4 year. But after 4 year i am unable to contact to template rose builders all office and contact number are shut. I need my amount back. Where i will rise fir against template rose real estate. Please suggest.

I had booked a na plot at temple rose city for rose city project at pune in 2013. I have paid rs. 8, 00, 000/- to them... Now for the registration i am following with them, they are not responding. Their office is also closed. The director dividas sajnani who had executed the agreement is not responding to calls. I am raising this complain again devidas sajnani (Director - temple rose city) for fraud and cheating. This is also to raise the complain that as per their agreement they had to refund the entire money with the interest if they are unable to execute the registaration for any reason because of their fault. But no one is responding from their end now.

In 2009 paid 20% down payment of 58000 n 36 mnths emi of 6200 n paid diff of plot size increased as per mkt rate for 33sq feet 11000 totalling to 300000 approx n booked plot no.63 thru agent kailash n later my agent was changed to mustafa masala n after na my plot no was changed to 36... Emi was fully paid yet possession was not given nor my plot was registered in my. Name as they were demanding 68000 for water n electricity for which i was against as at site dey didnt do any work at all n there was grass upto 6. Feet height so my reg was kept pending n in between in 2015 was in need of money begged to sajnani for refund gave noc also to. Sell. My. Plot at no profit basis but tht was not. Done too demand strict action against sajnani n company n agents
