My Friend and I have invested in Rose Meadows,
sogaon, Shahpur, plot no-202 &203, in 2014 the Company has given us the registered sale deed+kharedi khat+7+12 registered in our name
We have paid full agreement value amount and stamp duty registration + legal charges. I also paid water + electricity [protected]@52000. But now we understand that the assets of the
company has been seized by Bank and Govt and there is no further development in the property where they had assured us good returns . Now we are not able to sell out our the property . kindly guide us In this case will we get our entire invested money back for the plot.???
