I have purchased 2 plots in Shahpur from temple rose.

lake view phase 2 .

I have paid all my EMI for 4 years and also advance of 2 Lac now company not ready to give my plot and their Dadar office is closed.

The office is sealed by EOW now . over thousands of people already cheated.

Also I have acknowledged Temple Rose Investors Welfare Association where I am registered and have a Membership No. 502.

I do not know when will I get the plot or my money which I have paid.

we are request honorable court to take strict action and give us back our hard earn money ASAP.

Temple rose team sold land and now are not giving any possession. No one is available also. I don't know what to do. I want my money back

I have booked a plot at their Pune & Hyderabad paid almost 4 lakhs but now no one picking call and i don't know whom to go and get my invested money back . Please help me to get the way .
