Hi,
Is it Temple yatri or Mental yatri???
we are 8(16) senior citizens couples.We booked last year Gujarat tour from
Temple yatri and went on well.In 2015 Nov. we again booked for Maharatra tour
including flight around total of 3.40lakh+.We paid 50% advance and Mukesh was co ordinator.
By 2016 Jan Mukesh went on silent mode and was not picking up calls.
Dhiraj was there to pick up call and by jan middle all payments made and no hotel voucher.
Every day follow up one one hotel voucher with mistakes.It was mental torture.
We began our travel and first stay for two nights was Mahabaleshwar.
Js excellency was hotel name.While checking in hotel manager told me payment is not made.I called
Temple yatri and they told within one hour payment will be made.
next day we were asked to pay Rs.22000 or else to vacate.Just see after paying full
amount to Temple yatri we were made to stand on road.Again called and expalined
and temple yatri told they will pay but we were on roads.I shouted on Yatri and finally
Temple yatri made payment.
Do you need a travel agent like this.
There is one Madam Sameeksha promises to do in five minutes and later will not lift telephone.
I think there is no heads for this organisation.
We are charged for MAPAI plan but majority hotel CAPAI plan.(vouchers MAPAI plan)
At Pune one hotel booked at 16 km away from city which is undergoing construction.
It was a night mare for me and I might have travelled with more than 10 tour
operators and Temple yarti gave me the night mare and now I am sick.
I sincerley request not to approach them and fall in their trap.
Can Sameeksha or owners answer ;if their parents are left on road on tour what would be their reaction???
Dhiraj upto certain extent helped us;but really speaking it is not help as
we have paid all money.
Leaving us on roads and paying and solving the problem???
