I'm complaining about services not provided and no refund

I booked Madurai-Rameshwaram-Kanyakumari 4 days 3 nights package from temple Yatri. Mr. Ranjan Shrivastav gives me quotation of 8K per person for above tour with 2 AC rooms for 3 nights and Innova vehicle.
I paid 8000 Rs as initial amount on 9 October 2023 and he send me screen shots of hotel booking. He gave me contact number of Mr. Vivek an told that he is my tour manager and handle all things. I also paid 10000 Rs on October 12,...

No refund for advance amount

I booked the rameshwaram madurai package & given the advance of 7k. With in a week I cancelled it. The journey starts from 2nd December.

They mentioned as no cancellation charges prior to 3 days of journey starts. When I cancelled with in a week of booking now they are not responding to calls & refunding as well.

Please resolve this issue high priority. Such a scammers....

Fraud company, False promises and Taken money and not attending the calls of the customer

I Sgt SM Chaitanya booked a do dham yatra tour from haridwar to haridwar from 10 sep 23 from templeyatri. They said they provide us helicopter tickets for kedarnath yatra and taken all the proofs and IDs for booking. I paid them 32000/- for helicopter tickets and booking charges. Fake service provide in the name of travel agency

This Templeyatri is a fraud, Don’t ever book anything from them. I recently booked a package for 4 people to tamilnadu and after receiving 5000 advance to Ranjan Srivastava (99715 8xxxx ) will stop picking up your calls and there is another guy Vivek Srivastava ( 097186 8xxxx) he too is a fraud guy.

They don’t have a GST and anything they had a good experience while fooling customers.

Un professional cheaters

Temple Yatri is a fraud tour agency, they don't have GST no they take advance and give Excel bill, and they do not receive our call after getting advance, I paid 5000 for my booking he cheated me, so please beware of this fraud tour agency plz don't book tour from this agency...

Worst experience . money not returned

I had booked a family trip to tirupati, puducherry & chennai through temple yatri . Mr ranjan srivastav & a a lady explained me all good about package send me a tour package & i paid them 50 % advance . he only arranged me ticktes of tirupati balajee darshan . then after i reached chennai airport he has send a vehicle . we thought vechicle must have been paid by temple yatri but after boarding driver asked us money . when we tried coantcting...

Trip vouchers not received for the bookings

Mr Ranjan Srivastav called me over phone and agreed to provide me a package tour. The payment done on 4th dec 2022 for the trip from 28th dec 2022 to 1st Jan 2023. Looks like he is not done any booking and always does a whatsapp response like "i will reply asap". He is not attending my calls also.
Does the temple yatri is professional travels? I am feeling like they are cheaters. If the booking is not done, I am requesting for refund...

take entire package money before completion of tour & then does not pay hotel Bill also provode below par hotel to customer against agreed in tour package.

Mini south India trip package from Templeyatri

This is a fraud company. They asked me to pay 25% of the tour package. Till the last day they did not reserve any cab or hotels. Looking at other complaints on this company I decided to cancel the trip as I was traveling with an infant and a senior citizen. They had told that the advance amount will be returned if the trip cancels or date changes, they did not return the amount.
Ranjan Srivastav is a big fraud and he will stop receiving...

@templeyatri, when will i get my money 2200/- returned for the ticket not booked? Your agent, rajan srivastava ([protected], [protected], [protected]) is not replying to my call, sms, whatsapp, and email at all so only option i have is to keep asking you in social media until my money is returned.
