Templeyatri — I'm complaining about services not provided and no refund

I booked Madurai-Rameshwaram-Kanyakumari 4 days 3 nights package from temple Yatri. Mr. Ranjan Shrivastav gives me quotation of 8K per person for above tour with 2 AC rooms for 3 nights and Innova vehicle.
I paid 8000 Rs as initial amount on 9 October 2023 and he send me screen shots of hotel booking. He gave me contact number of Mr. Vivek an told that he is my tour manager and handle all things. I also paid 10000 Rs on October 12, 2023, as asked by Mr. Vivek.
They didn't send me the vehicle or driver details till my journey date and after calling him multiple times, he sends me one number and asked me to contact the person for vehicle.
I contacted the person, and they agree for 19500 Rs for my tour.
When I reached to Hotel, I found that Mr. Ranjan only booked the hotel, and no payment was made. I called him and he said, please pay and we'll deduct from remaining balance. This thing happened in all hotels.
Finally last day I said, now all remaining amount exhausted so I cannot pay,
They promise to refund my money but didn't refund.
Now, they are also not picking my calls.
Please help me to get my money back.
