Templeyatri — Inspite of prior payment, I have not received the taxi services for transit fromone place to other place and local site seeing

I had booked tour package from temple yatri. I could not get the taxi services for transit as well as site seeing, which was included in packge.
Whatever hotels they have booked by telling complementary breakfas and dinner, I could not get the services.
While transit and local site seeing I have arranged the vehicles every where by speaking to Ms Vibha Jha and paid the charges myself.
This amount they have to refund. When I;m asking they are nit responding my email as well as they have switched off those mobile services.

If I have not received your reply in a day or 2, I will complain.
