Templeyatri — No refund for advance amount

I booked the rameshwaram madurai package & given the advance of 7k. With in a week I cancelled it. The journey starts from 2nd December.

They mentioned as no cancellation charges prior to 3 days of journey starts. When I cancelled with in a week of booking now they are not responding to calls & refunding as well.

Please resolve this issue high priority. Such a scammers.
