Templeyatri — non receipt of booking confirmation

Sir, i have booked for shrdi dharsan on 21 jan 2019 for 5 persons. I contacted mr. Ranjan, your officer and booked and paid rs. 370000 sofar. I have neither got the booked tickets for flight nor booked tickets for shrdi dharsan. If i contact over phone he is telling that he will send tomorrow. But he has not at all sent the tickets so far. For the last two days if i call he is not lifting the phone. I am afraid whether our tickets have been booked or not. I wish the higher official personal intervention and ensure that i get tickets for flight and dharsan. Very urgent.
