Last year we a group of 18 senior citizens travelled Gujarat on 6/7 day tour during Feb 2015.Mr.Mukesh was the co ordinator for booking and Dhiraj and a lady for hotel booking etc.Tour went on well without hastles.Now we are in process of Maharastra tour for 14 on Feb 15th..I find little laxity in call recieving .They have to improve in responding faster.Will post my feedback after the tour in feb as planned.They need to be more professional in responding.Last tour was good and hope this tour in Feb also will be same.
