Templeyatri — The tour package refund

Sir,

I booked a tour package for Kashmir in 2015 and supposed to go on time but at the last moment due to some unavoidabIe reasons I cancelled the tour and it was informed to the concerned representative for the postponement of the tour.

Later I met with a severe accident due to which I was on bed for 6 months and that time I again informed to them and requested to cancell the trip and refund the payments.

But their representative said that it could be utilized whenever I want so it was with them. Now, when I planned to use it they are not replying the mails.

Please help or guide how can I recover the amount I paid at the time of booking.
