Mr Ranjan Srivastav called me over phone and agreed to provide me a package tour. The payment done on 4th dec 2022 for the trip from 28th dec 2022 to 1st Jan 2023. Looks like he is not done any booking and always does a whatsapp response like "i will reply asap". He is not attending my calls also. Does the temple yatri is professional travels? I am feeling like they are cheaters. If the booking is not done, I am requesting for refund even he is not reposnding properly I am expecting a proper response and resolution at the earliest Regards, Santhosh Was this information helpful? This temple yatri is a cheater, dont book, I was cheated, I paid much in advance for my triputi tour, but till end they they were not doing the booking, even no one was picking the call, I used to daily call them, they book a cheap hotel, they spoiled my travel, We were harresed, at last we did the booking travel and return ticket even paying him full amount, this temple yatri is cheater,

Before booking pls check ther office, if anyone book travel from them do cross check at there office, this are the faurd,

They are biggest fraud. They take the money in the name of advance booking for tour package, after payment they Stop picking the calls. There are millions of customers' reviews in the various sites accross internet which are horrible. Ranjan Srivastava, who is the so called head of this fraud company along with Vivek Srivastava and the Lady by name Kanika are doing this scams. Please take immediate action against them and block their fraud businesses.
