We had booked customised tour package for saurashtra darshan from 16.01.2017 to 21.01.2017. We had to make number of calls for getting required info. Hotel vouchers. Etc. Despite repeated request to send vouchers at least 2 days before journey start, vouchers were sent on 15th i. E. Journey day and enroute to somnath. It created unwarranted tension through out. At dwarka, hotel rudra plaza did not allow us to check in for 11/2 hour stating that the co had not remitted our charges and also past payments were due. I had to make several calls to shri dubey and ms. Vibha to settle the issue. Hotel allowed us to enter seeing that we all were senior citizens except one. We were told that the reputation of thee co. Is not good.
Despite my repeated requests, email, tele calls, stamped and signed receipts as required for ltc claim (To be filed by my son) is till date not received.
Whenever, i call mr. Dubey or ms. Vibha madam, on phone. I am told that they are in meeting.
Services of the co. Are useless. I have already cautioned my friends and relatives not to book any tour with this co. I want reply and redressal of my grievance within a period of one day. Was this information helpful? |
