This is with reference to the ops manager name v ibha, who promised to pay refund for hotel payment made and is now denying it.
We had arranged the hotel stay in another hotel only after consulting her. this was not our own decision and as per my understanding she did tell us that the incurred expense bared by us would be refunded by the company.

We also had drivers problem and faced a lot of problem. we had to miss certain sightseeings due to the drivers absence and also the driver who continuously called asking for his (drivers) payment.
