[Resolved] Tencent — money paid to pubg mobile, but product not received | |||||
I bought a ₹799 pack of 600 uc, and payment was successful, but the game showed failed to purchase. Please help, as a large sum of money went out of my account and i did not recieve my product. I purchased this product at 9:40 pm on friday, 27th of september. I am very worried about my money and would like a refund from tencent as fast as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
