Purchase pubg uc for Rs 799 on 13 September 2019.
My money got debited from my account but UC is not added to my in game account till date.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.i purchased UC using SBI net banking. Refrence No.- IGAGZLRMW8.
i tried to contact through pubg mobile in game support but i didn't get any reply from them.
i also complainted to pubg mobile helpline email but they are also not replying me there.
So please help me out with this query.
i request you please either get me back my mkney or UC in my pubg mobile game account.
